The last jobfair....

Whew! finally.. Ive already confided my secret with one of my closest friend in the office. I took this oppurtunity to be alone with her far from our officemates to tell that Im already leaving the company and this might be the last JOBFAIR that we can spend time together.

 Im happy that even we are in between tears, infront of our applicants :), we were able to exchange thoughts about my resignation. Im glad that she supports me and told me that she is very happy for the better oppurtunity that falls on my lap.

 Thanks CHLOIBERS... for taking my pictures, for listening, for being a friend and for simply being you...
I will surely miss u!

Daiso..Home of cute and cheap finds!

I was able to visit again DAISO. Ive had been a fan of this Japan Store since I discover it. Every time I visit their store, it never stops to amaze me with their unique and cheap products! It made me want to buy everything! Their products range from fixed price of 66php, 88php, 99php and 200php!

Today, I went there with my friend and since its payday yesterday, I was able to buy again three items that are so cute!

This mirror is so cute, it came in two pieces, the one can be placed on your table with its stand and the other one that covers it can be brought elsewhere with its handle! Super fab finds! (The image of the Japanese boy who is eating sushi added to its cuteness!) 

It’s available in blue, pink and yellow.

These mugs with a heart shape really caught my attention.  I don’t know why but I have this thingy for glass, mugs, tumblers and other liquid containers that have unique designs. These are actually two for 88php! Cheap find right.

Whenever I visit their store, I always check their shower curtains. And my visit now required me to buy one. I will not use this in our bathroom but actually on my wall ! Instead of colorful paints or wallpaper, I use shower curtains to give a different look on my wall so that It would be easy for me to change it whenever I wanted to give my room a diverse look

These were my previous purchase from their store.

A colorful mat that can be used on the floor or on the top of the cabinet. It comes in 3 sizes and since I will use it on the floor near my bed, I brought the biggest size.

This is a very cute trashcan that is available in five funky colors. (Pink,green, yellow,blue and the one that I bought, orange!) Though this is not your typical trashcan in a sense that you can throw away all your trash, it can be placed above your side table to chuck all your cottons and tissues.

 

 

I actually bought this in SAIZEN, a company sister of DAISO! All products there are 85php!

I’ve been looking for a long time a case where I can put all my materials in accessory making and this is the perfect spot! I was able to buy this for 88php!

Being in their store makes me want to have my own house in soonest possible time so that I can design my own house and put my choice of stuff! Surely, most of my cute items will be bought from DAISO..

Whew! This is the start finally. It’s been 3 months since I was influenced again to blog. I actually had 3 accounts before, college days I think, that I experimented to express my feelings through blogging. But unfortunately, due to unexplainable circumstances, I wasn’t able to keep it.

3 months ago, April 2012 to be exact, fresh from a broken relationship, I decided to keep myself busy by burying myself through internet surfing. Instead of trying to make it up with my ex bf then, I chose to spend my 4 days leave from work due to Lenten Season, alone. I stayed in our house and surf the net from the time I opened my eyes in the morning for 4 days. It was when I crossed path with Laureen Uy’s blog Breakmystyle. Since then, I became obsessed with fashion blogging and searched all fashion bloggers that I could find. I was inspired to do my own but can’t start abruptly because of lack of time and ideas. I’m asking myself, what can I post on my blog to make myself different and not be considered as “one of those”. I was unprovoked by the fact that I don’t have all the time in world to catch up events, take pictures, chances of dressing up( since Im working 6 days a week in uniform) and the money to travel abroad and buy branded items.

Until I realized, all those things that I don’t have, are actually the one that will make me DIFFERENT J

I started to create my online store in FB, http://www.facebook.com/Miskatshionista where I sell my own creation of accessories and Bangkok bags. I’m still working on it but I’m happy for the helps and supports I got from my officemates and friends J

As I was searching the net again this night, I come across with Dominique Tiu’s blog. (http://www.konichiwear.com ) After I browsed her site, I was inspired to start it……...surprise! TODAY! J I admired her being real and smart. She is very reachable (I believed) because she really makes a way to reach and communicate with her readers and followers. I love how she expresses herself into writing and not just contented to build her blog by numbers of endorsements and brands of her clothes and items.  I wanted to be like her in a way that blogging should not always something to do with how branded and extra ordinary your clothes and shoes are but you must also have something inside your head… I like how fierce she is to speaks her mind and stand for what she believed is right. J

So much for my introduction… I don’t want to cry a river on my first day with you. For now, (since it abrupt) I don’t have a picture to post on what I wear today because I believed, you will laugh your heart out when you see that what I wore today was actually my office uniform J

Let me just share you what I bought today with our branch’s LTBG SALE at SM MEGAMALL… (for those who doesn’t know it, it’s actually a bags and shoes sale)

I can’t believe that this is just a soft opening for the employees since the place was packed with customers. It actually took me 30 minutes to pay my item in spite of numerous counters assigned at the Megatrade.

This is what I bought for tadah!!!!!! 200 bucks J good find right?

Can you actually believe that it doesn’t hurt a bit even if it is a 4 inches heels J It would truly brighten up a BLAH outfit! :P
